Datarep was founded in 1979 to take advantage of the lucrative computer and electronics market in Northern California’s Silicon Valley.

First chartered to concentrate in the mini-computer marketplace, the company quickly moved into the workstation arena. VME, PC104 embedded systems and power supplies were the initial thrust of the company. Datarep recognized the potential of the communications marketplace and expanded into that sector. Datarep’s experience extends throughout the computer industry at the OEM board level.

Pete Sasur has over 20 years experience selling embedded system solutions to leading OEM/ODM Defense, Industrial & Medical Manufacturers, System Integrators, Federal Government and DOD agencies. Both Pete and Dave have a successful track record building long-term relationships with strategic accounts, delivering effective sales presentations and securing multi-year/multi-million dollar contracts with leading OEM/ODM manufacturers. As strategic thinkers, they are experienced at identifying and penetrating new markets, developing new sales channels and creating alliances with System Integrators and software developers.
